- What type of hospice careers are available at Residential Hospice?
We offer a variety of hospice roles, including hospice nurses (RNs and LPNs), physical therapists, hospice aides (CNAs), and more. We also have opportunities in clinical leadership, support services, and care coordination.
- Do I need prior hospice experience to apply?
While prior hospice experience is helpful, it’s not required for some of our admin roles. For our clinical roles, prior hospice experience is strongly preferred with at least one year of hospital, home health, or hospice experience required. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing education to help you grow your skills and feel confident providing end-of-life care.
- What support is available for new hospice team members?
Hospice care can be emotionally demanding, but it is also incredibly fulfilling. From day one, you’ll have the support of your team to access resources that prioritize wellbeing and professional development.
