What you’ll do in this role:
Maintain relationships with all existing referral sources
Actively prospect for new referral sources based on the Agency’s scope of service
Help educate Hospice Consultants on the benefits of the company's service offering
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
Establish performance goals for all Hospice Consultants and monitor and document performance on a continual basis
Work with Hospice Consultants to develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the company
Lead Sales meetings for the Hospice Consultant team
Work closely with Marketing, Agency Administrator, and Clinical Management to ensure that the demand for clinical care is aligned with our capacity and at no time compromises the Agency’s ability to provide the best quality care for our patients

We are looking for compassionate Regional Sales Director with:
Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of one year of healthcare marketing experience
Understand all federal and state laws pertaining to the marketing of Hospice care and ensure total compliance with marketing staff
Committed to providing highest-level customer service to our referral sources
