Job Description
Mary Free Bed at Homeis looking for anAdministrative Assistantto support our Home Health team.This position is responsible forscreening calls, makingtraveland meeting arrangements,preparingreports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations. This role will work closely withvarious administrative departments.
Administrative AssistantJob Responsibilities:
Responsible fororganizing complex activities such as meetings and travel
Assists with clerical dutiessuch asphotocopying, faxing, filing, phone correspondence and collating
Sort and distribute mail
Type and design general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
Handle confidential and non-routine information
Act as a project manager for special projects
Assist withOrientationof new hires
Professionally answers all incoming calls.
Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
At least one year experience in Home Health preferred
At least one year of experience in a customer service capacity
