We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Lisle, IL area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning
- Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
- Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
- Work independently, but never alone
- Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
- Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

The low end of the range includes compensation related to salary and first year success bonus. The high end of the range is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work that is paid at a premium (i.e., after hours, weekends, on-call). *Compensation potential varies by market.
