Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform HR duties in employee relations, leave administration, HR data analysis, metrics reporting, and training. Develop and implement human resource plans, processes, and procedures for assigned client groups. Serve as a business partner with operational and clinical management to drive employee performance, talent retention, and compliance with policies, regulations, and employment law requirements. This position will be in our Mechanicsburg, PA office location.
Human Resources Generalist Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate HR-related training (including new-hire orientation)
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations
- Investigates, documents, and develops solutions and responses to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints
- Respond to and represent the company for any unemployment claims
- Maintain a working knowledge of legal regulations and best practices related to HR and leave administration and reporting as well as HR metrics reporting methodologies
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data and turnover and make recommendations to management for corrective action and continuous improvement
- Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
- Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports from database
Qualification Requirements:
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with high level of attention to detail
