Procurement Data Entry Specialist

Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Procurement Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of procurement-related data into our company’s database(s). This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Procurement Data Entry Specialist Job Responsibilities: 

• Data Entry: Accurately input data related to procurement such as vendor information, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels into the company’s ERP system.

• Verification: Cross-check entered data for accuracy and make necessary corrections.

• Document Management: Organize and maintain procurement documents both in digital and physical form.

• Reporting: Assist in generating procurement reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making.

• Vendor Management:  Collect, organize, and maintainaccurate and up-to-date information for our catalog of vendors. 

• Risk Analysis: Assess vendor risk and identify ways to mitigate.

• Compliance: Ensure all vendor activities are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Qualification Requirements 

• ​​High school diploma required;Associate’s degree or higher in business administration or related field preferred.

• ​1-2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a procurement setting.​

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems, Sage Intacct or Workday Strategic Sourcing preferred.

• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Solid understanding of supply chain and vendor management practices.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate vendors critically.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
