Medical Supply Coordinator

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.50
The base compensation range for this role is fixed, with a maximum cap of $22.50. We want to be transparent about this as we continue discussions.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

The Medical Supply Coordinator is responsible for enabling the fulfillment of medical supply-related activities that support home-based patient care delivery. The Medical Supply Specialist addresses clinical needs to promote the order fulfillment process, from request to placing the order with the supplier for delivery.
Medical Supply Coordinator Responsibilities:
Address and fulfill order requisitions from the Employee storefront for bag or trunk replenishment
Address trunk restock orders on vendor website
Clean and restock old/returned field staff equipment using approved standard procedures
Manage and track stock inventory used and distributed for field staff and patient care
Procure special medical supplies using other vendors when approved by the Wound and Supply Program Director
Coordinate escalations of advanced wound care supply substitutions with the Wound Leads when the supply vendor is on back order or unable to fulfill the order request
Fulfill order requests placed by regional offices to stock supply closets using the standard par levels and approved list of supplies
Respond to clinician and supervisor inquiries via phone and email regarding supply orders, including order status, substitutions, and delivery issues
Medical Supply CoordinatorRequirements:
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years related experience required
6 months of Home Health, Medical Supply Warehouse, or Clinical setting experience preferred
