Summary
The Director of Integration works with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure teams are positioned to drive operational excellence while providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Plans, directs, or coordinates the various operations of the organization, which include all supportive services and programs. Under the guidance of the SVP, the Director of Integration will plan, direct, and execute projects through completion. This includes defining objectives, acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, and overseeing quality control throughout the project implementation. This role will be responsible for building and fostering a strong partnership with the clinical, sales, and acquisitions leadership teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Provide strategy and leadership with regards to all areas of assimilation, integration, and training of newly acquired Agencies/JV partners to include Hospice clinical and operational processes.
- Work closely with the SVP and Project Management to develop integration plans and timelines to address orientation and training for acquired agencies/JV Partners back-office team members.
- Be responsible for project deliverables (such as post integration summaries, training schedules and team assignments) and weekly status reporting through the project management office.
- Provide appropriate mentoring and education for team members assisting with the integration process.
- Alter plans as necessary to ensure that integration and training are on track and timelines are achieved.
- Ensure that post integration, new agency back-office staff are competent on organizational processes and HCHB workflow and are providing services according to the Organizations standards.
- Utilize HCHB Dashboard, Business Analyzer and Sales Force tools to monitor new company’s post-integration success.
- Maintain as an ongoing liaison with executive and senior leadership along with key members of all JV partnerships.
- Ensure that all decisions are made with the goal of upholding the company’s mission and always support the organizations culture.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of training materials used to educate staff of acquired agency/JV partner.
- Communicate unmet training goals based on their impact to the timeline.
- Ensure all requirements for back-office staff training are transitioned according to the overall project plan and organizations systems
- Communicate with senior leadership and other department heads for direction, problem solving and implementation of protocols and programs to successfully onboard new agencies/JV partners back-office team members
- Be familiar with the State and Federal Survey process and assist in training for the new agencies/JV partners for preparation of on-site surveys and other external audits.
- Maintain education materials that are updated with workflow changes and or related operational policies.
QualificationRequirements

- Minimum bachelor’s degree/Masters Preferred.
- Current clinical license in nursing in good standing
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Multi-site Hospice change to Hospice operations required with integration/training experience required.
- Advanced user of Homecare Homebase and Office 365 – PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to execute trainings in person, on conference calls, and via other technology platforms.
- Must be collaborative and able to work across multiple service lines and partnerships.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and communicate same to employees of various technical skill levels.
- Ability to follow through on problems and constraints, creating procedures and monitoring tools to prevent future problems.
- Must be able to travel for extended periods of time and adhere to travel policy
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
