Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support our home-based care delivery service lines across multiple agencies in three states. This is a temporary position working 40 hours per week for approximately 4 months.
Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
Employee file maintenance
Makes photocopies, fax documents and performs other clerical functions
Conduct audits of files and recommends corrective action plans
Enter/update renewable requirement information into HCHB and proactively obtain requirements from staff in order to ensure compliance.
Communicate with the leadership team when employee renewable requirements are due. (Performance evaluations, TB, driver’s license, auto insurance, professional license, etc...)
Assist with new employee orientation and coordination of new hire paperwork, including but not limited to I-9 verification.
Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications:
Associate degree, Bachelor's preferred
Cross-trained in many functions within the Human Resources Department
