What you’ll do in this role:
- Assists Clinical Leadership team in planning development and administration of the Agency as set forth in the policies and procedures.
- Serves as a clinical liaison between interdepartmental teams, referral sources and patients.
- Provides leadership in promoting and maintaining standards for giving good quality care by all members of the patient care team.
- Provides supervision, direction, and performance management to Assistant Clinical Directors.
We are looking for a compassionate Clinical Director with:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience
- Supervisory Experience, preferably in home health
- Minimum of seven (7) years of management experience
- RN license in the state you work
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working as an RN in a home health setting
